Pura Vida is a mixed-use development that includes three residential towers consisting of 260 apartment units, with one tower offering 10,399 sq. ft. of first floor retail space. The development also includes three separate commercial outparcels currently allocated to a Wawa convenience store with gas station, a two-tenant outparcel with Taco Bell as one of the tenants, and a 30,000 sq. ft. two-story retail building with Dollar Tree on part of the first floor and Youfit Health Clubs on the first and second floor.
